Website Care keeps your site online, secure, and up to date after launch. It is the monthly part of your subscription, separate from the initial design work.
What the $29 plan includes

What counts as a small update
Each month includes up to 20 minutes of small updates. Typical examples:
- Changing your hours, prices, or phone number
- Swapping a photo or adding a few to a gallery
- Editing a paragraph or a service description
- Adding a holiday notice or a short announcement
- Updating a link to your booking page or social profile
Limits to know
- Unused update time does not roll over to the next month.
- New pages, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately.
- Domains, business email, paid third-party services, and unusual usage charges are separate and always need your approval first.
How support works
Email us your change in English or Spanish. We confirm what you asked for, make the update, and let you know when it is live. If a request is larger than a small update, we tell you before doing any paid work.
Care vs. initial design
Initial website design happens once, before launch, and is covered by the setup fee. Website Care starts when your site goes live and continues each month while your subscription is active.
