Subscription terms
Draft for owner review. This document must be reviewed and approved by Web Brisa, ideally with legal advice, before online payments are accepted.
Plans
Website Care costs $29 per month. Website Care + Local SEO costs $79 per month. Both require a one-time setup fee of $199, or $99 during the 30-day launch offer. Plan scope is described on the pricing page.
Launch offer
The launch price is reserved only by completing signup and paying the setup fee before the offer ends. An inquiry alone does not reserve it. The website may launch afterward according to the agreed schedule.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly. Billing details are confirmed in writing before any payment.
Updates and limits
Each plan includes up to 20 minutes of small updates per month. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, added functionality, bilingual websites, new articles, extra locations, and directory campaigns are quoted separately. Domains, business email, paid third-party services, and exceptional usage charges are separate and require your approval.
SEO
Web Brisa does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or leads.
Cancellation
Cancel before your next billing date to stop future renewals. Service continues through the paid period. There is no cancellation fee.
Ownership
During the subscription, Web Brisa owns the website design and implementation, and the customer receives permission to use it while service remains active. The customer retains their domain, business identity, supplied content, and customer data. Without purchase, permission to use the Web Brisa website ends when service ends.
Optional purchase
The customer may purchase the website for $399 with fewer than 6 completed paid months, $299 with 6 to 11, or $199 with 12 or more, on either plan. Purchase includes the current website, source-code handover, and rights to use and modify it, subject to third-party licenses. Reusable tools and components remain Web Brisa's. Setup fees do not reduce the purchase price. Hosting migration and ongoing third-party expenses are separate.
Customer responsibilities
The customer supplies accurate business information and has the rights to any content, logos, and photos they provide.
