Setup fee

30-day launch offer: $99 website setup (regularly $199).

Reserve your launch price by completing signup and paying the setup fee before the offer ends. Your website can launch afterward, according to the agreed project schedule. An inquiry alone does not reserve the price.

One language per website

Each plan includes a website in one published language, English or Spanish. A fully bilingual website costs extra and is quoted for your project.

Custom projects

Online stores, memberships, custom applications, and advanced integrations need a separate quote.

Separate expenses

  • Domain registration and renewal
  • Business email accounts
  • Paid third-party services, such as booking tools or premium plugins
  • Exceptional usage charges, such as very high traffic or storage
  • New pages, redesigns, added features, new articles, extra locations, directory campaigns

We always ask for your approval before any separate expense.

Cancellation

Cancel before your next billing date and future renewals stop. Your service continues through the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

Website ownership

During your subscription, Web Brisa owns the website design and implementation, and you have permission to use it while service is active. You always keep your domain, business identity, the content you supplied, and your customer data. If you cancel without purchasing, permission to use the Web Brisa website ends when service ends.

Optional purchase schedule

You can buy your website at any time. The price depends on completed paid months and is the same for both plans.

Purchase includes the current website, a source-code handover, and the rights to use and modify it, subject to third-party licenses. Reusable tools and components stay with Web Brisa. Setup fees do not reduce the purchase price. Moving to another host and ongoing third-party costs are separate.

Pricing questions

Is the setup fee charged every month?
No. Setup is a one-time fee. After launch you pay only the monthly plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between Website Care and Website Care + Local SEO. We confirm the change and the new monthly price with you first.
Do unused update minutes carry over?
No. The 20 minutes reset each month.
Is there a long-term contract?
Plans renew monthly. You can cancel before your next billing date at no cost.
