When you send the Get Started form, we collect the details you enter: name, business name, email, optional phone, city and state, optional current website, preferred language, plan interest, and your project description. We also note which language version of the form you used.

How we use it

We use this information only to review your inquiry and reply to you. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in a secured database that the public cannot read. Only Web Brisa can access them.

Spam protection

The form uses a hidden field and a timing check to filter automated spam. These do not identify you.

Analytics

Analytics are currently not active on this site. If we enable them, we will ask for your consent first, use anonymous page and button events only, and never send names, emails, phone numbers, or message content to analytics tools.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses your browser's session storage to confirm a successful inquiry on the thank-you page. If analytics are enabled, your consent choice is stored in local storage.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent by replying to our email response.

Payments

Online payments are not yet available. When they are, card details will be handled by a payment provider and not stored by Web Brisa. This policy will be updated first.
