Cost and billing
How much does a website cost?
A one-time setup fee (regularly $199, or $99 during the 30-day launch offer), then $29/month for Website Care or $79/month for Website Care + Local SEO.
How does monthly billing work?
Your plan renews monthly on your billing date. You will receive the exact billing details in writing before you pay anything.
How do I reserve the launch price?
Complete signup and pay the setup fee before the offer ends. Sending an inquiry alone does not reserve the price. Your site can launch afterward on the agreed schedule.
What costs extra?
Domains, business email, paid third-party services, unusual usage charges, new pages, redesigns, added features, bilingual websites, and extra SEO work. We ask for approval first.
Timeline and content
How long does it take to launch?
Timing depends mainly on how quickly we receive your content and feedback. We agree on a schedule before starting and keep you updated.
Do I have to write the content?
No. Share your notes, services, photos, and details. We prepare the page copy from your information, and you review it.
How many revisions do I get?
Two revision rounds before launch.
What updates are included after launch?
Up to 20 minutes of small updates each month, such as hours, prices, photos, or short text changes. Unused time does not roll over.
Domains, language, and migration
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. You register and keep your domain. If you already have one, we connect it. If not, we help you choose and register it in your name.
Can I have a bilingual website?
Plans include one published language. A full English and Spanish website is available for an additional cost.
Can you move my existing website?
We can rebuild your current content into a new Web Brisa site within the five-page scope. Moving complex features, stores, or large sites requires a quote.
Ownership and cancellation
Who owns the website?
During the subscription, Web Brisa owns the design and implementation, and you have permission to use it. You always keep your domain, business identity, supplied content, and customer data.
How do I cancel?
Tell us before your next billing date. Renewals stop, service continues through the paid period, and there is no cancellation fee.
Can I buy my website?
Yes. $399 with fewer than 6 paid months, $299 with 6 to 11, and $199 with 12 or more. Purchase includes the current site, source-code handover, and rights to use and modify it, subject to third-party licenses.
Can I host the website somewhere else?
Yes, after purchase you receive the source code and can move it. Hosting migration and ongoing third-party costs are separate.
SEO expectations
Is SEO included in every plan?
Every website launches with basic SEO: titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and clean structure. Ongoing local SEO is part of the $79 plan.
Will I rank first on Google?
We cannot promise that, and no one honestly can. Local SEO improves your chances over time, usually over months. We report what we did each month.
What is a Google Business Profile?
It is the free listing that can appear in Google Search and Maps. Eligibility depends on Google's rules, and we review it as part of the Local SEO plan.
